What the License Messages Mean

This feature is available in the Pro edition.

When the License tab shows something other than Pro is active on this site, find the message below and follow the step next to it.

The messages

• There is no license key. Pro is installed but off. Enter your key and press Activate.
• The key was not recognised, or it was revoked. Copy the key again from your dashboard. Make sure it is the key for MuRu Cart Plus.
• This license has expired. Renew it in your dashboard. Pro switches back on after the next check, or press Verify now.
• This key has no free site left. Free a site under My Products in your dashboard, then press Verify now.
• That key belongs to a different Lyzerslab product. Use the key for MuRu Cart Plus.
• This key does not cover this version. Use a version your license covers, or renew.
• The license server could not be reached. The key is saved and checked again automatically. Pro switches on once it is confirmed.
• The Pro plugin is switched off. Enable it in System > Plugins, then check again.

While the state is anything but active, your shop keeps working with the free features. Nothing is lost.
