The Floating Cart Does Not Show

This feature is available in the Pro edition.

The floating cart is a Pro feature with a few rules about where it shows. If you cannot see it, check these in order.

Check the license first

Open the Pro plugin's License tab. The state must say Active. Without an active license the floating cart stays off and the free add-on works as usual.

Check the settings

• Floating cart is switched on in the Pro plugin's Floating cart tab, and saved.
• The page is not ticked under Do not show on. The cart and checkout pages are ticked by default.
• Only when the cart has something in it is off, or the cart has an item.

Check the page

• The floating cart appears on pages where EasyStore's scripts load. Open a shop page to test.
• It hides while the cart drawer is open, and moves up above the sticky add-to-cart bar on product pages.
• Clear your caches, then reload.

Use Debug messages and MuRuCartPlus.status() to see why. The Floating cart row in the What shows now panel tells you when it is on.
