Free-Shipping Progress Bar

The free-shipping progress bar tells customers how close they are to free shipping. A clear goal gives them a reason to add one more item.

The bar only shows a message. It does not give free shipping. Set the free-shipping rule in EasyStore with the same amount, so the bar and the real shipping cost agree.

Set it up

1. Open the plugin settings, Free-shipping bar tab, and switch it on.
2. Enter Free shipping from, the cart subtotal before tax that earns free shipping, in your shop currency.
3. Enter your Currency symbol and adjust the two messages if you like. Keep {amount} in the first one.
4. Tick Show on: the cart page, the cart drawer and checkout.
5. Create the matching free-shipping rule in EasyStore.

What the customer sees

A message such as "Add $12 more to get free shipping" and a progress bar. At the amount, the message changes to the one you chose and the bar turns green. It updates by itself when the cart changes and is hidden when the cart is empty.
