Security Score strip

The dashboard Security Score is now one slim strip: the score badge and status on the left, an issue-count toggle on the right. The full issue list used to sprawl across the dashboard as always-visible pills; it now expands on click into a compact two-column grid.

Same score, less sprawl

Nothing about the scoring changed — same signals (HTTPS, Shield, WAF, hardening rules, vulnerable extensions, core/PHP currency, open findings), same Good / Needs attention / At risk bands. A clean site shows the same strip with a checkmark and no toggle.
